Hubbard Construction will be milling and paving Avenue E NW from 1st Street to 3rd Street. Message boards will notify drivers of the upcoming work, and we ask that you avoid parking on the street. Road closures are scheduled for Tuesday, October 22, and Wednesday, October 23.
