Polk County Sheriff’s Office: Last month, four females walked into a Winter Haven liquor store.
One of the females began speaking to the sales clerk while the other three browsed the booze.
Actually, they did more than browse…they stole. In all, they took about $100 worth of alcohol and left.
Detective Agosto obtained security video and forwarded it to Crime Analyst Brokaw. Together, they were able to determine the identities of the suspects.
The detective interviewed three of the four suspects, and all three admitted to their “spirited” theft.
One of the females who was arrested is only 16-years old, and since this is only a misdemeanor charge, we’re not going to identify her. Although, we should mention that she was already on probation for theft and resisting.
The other two females were identified as 18-year old Aikei Zonate Fearrington of Lakeland and 22-year old Destiny Lewis of Winter Haven.
All three females confessed to the crime, and said that the fourth suspect is the one who put them up to stealing the alcohol for her birthday. That fourth suspect was identified as 28-year old Rashay Tashell Walker of Lakeland.
Rashay is well aware that Detective Agosto is looking for her, but she doesn’t want to turn herself in like the other three females did. Which is a real shame, because in honor of Rashay’s birthday, we want to give her a nice pair of silver bracelets, a spiffy blue outfit, and a free portrait of herself.
If anyone happens to know where we can find Rashay, call us at 863-298-6200. Or you can even help us out anonymously by calling Heartland Crime Stoppers at 1-888-400-TIPS.
