Winter Haven Public Safety Department
Winter Haven Police have obtained an arrest warrant for a suspect in the shooting at The Office Pub on Feb. 8, 2024.
Intense investigation has been ongoing since the incident and 27 year-old Diquon “Quon” Malik Diallo (DOB 7-2-96, LNA 921 Ave. T SE, Winter Haven) was identified as the person who shot the victim in the parking lot. The victim remains on life support at a local hospital.
The warrant charges are for Attempted First Degree Murder, Use of Firearm During A Felony and Discharge of Firearm in Public.
