Auburndale Police Looking For Man Caught on Camera Stealing Chainsaw from Local Store

ATTEMPT TO IDENTIFY:

The Auburndale Police Department was dispatched to Lowes located at 2301 Highway 92 West in Auburndale, FL. in reference to a past occurred retail theft.

On May 2, 2024, at approximately 5:08pm, an unknown white male entered the business via the garden entrance and proceeded to the seasonal department aisle. The unknown suspect selected a Craftsman 60V Chainsaw (Model# CMCCS660E1) then exited the business via the garden entrance without attempting to pay for the merchandise. The unknown suspect was seen entering a white 2003 Ford Ranger, then leaving the parking lot in an unknown direction.

Suspect – White male, slim build, short gray hair, black/gray beard, last seen wearing a light-colored short sleeve Coca-Cola t-shirt with “CAN’T BEAT The Feeling” on the front, khaki shorts, black sunglasses on top of head, medium size gold chain. He also had a black paracord bracelet on his left wrist with 2 other small light-colored bracelets, and one small bracelet on his right wrist.
