Welcome, World Travelers! Here Are 5 Things to Do This Summer with a LEGOLAND Florida Resort Pass
by James Coulter
The summer may be halfway over, along with the year, but it’s never too late to get an annual pass to LEGOLAND Florida Resort and enjoy some summer fun.
In fact, LEGOLAND Florida is currently offering a hot summer deal. Buy three annual passes and get the fourth one free! What a great bargain for a family of four!
What could be better than that? How about staying at a resort hotel and getting the second day at the park for free? That’s right! Buy one night at a hotel, get a second day at the park free. That’s two days of fun with the second on the house!
There’s lots to do this summer with an annual pass with plenty of fun activities and new attractions. Plus, you can enjoy the rest of the fun for the rest of the year.
Here are five fun things to enjoy at LEGOLAND Florida Resort this summer when you get an annual pass (as well as a few other fun things planned for the rest of the year):
#1: Explore Space with a New Imagination Zone Exhibit
Want to go to infinity and beyond? Well, that’s another park entirely. But if you want to learn more about the infinite wonders of space, then visit the new space exhibit at the Imagination Zone. Guests can learn about past lunar missions by viewing LEGO-built replicas of the moon lander and an astronaut. What a fun way to learn about space exploration this Space Exploration Day on July 20!
#2: Navigate the Newly-Themed Coast Guard Academy
Set sails on the high seas with the newly re-themed Coast Guard Academy. Formerly the Boating School, this attraction will allow even the youngest landlubber the navigate the Seven Seas. Cast anchor and take a voyage along several LEGO-themed scenes as you take the helm of your own LEGO-themed boat. Just be careful of playful sea rats spraying you with water. (Or don’t if you want to cool off on a hot summer day.)
#3: Cool Off and Relax in a Private Cabana at LEGOLAND Water Park
What makes for a cool summer day than splashing around at LEGOLAND Water Park? How about relaxing in the shade of a personal cabana after splashing around at LEGOLAND Water Park? Enjoy a private oasis away from the harsh summer sun with these fully-furnished cabanas. Dry off with a towel, take a sip of water, and lay back and relax in the shade as you enjoy some quality time alone before venturing off back into the water park, whether you prefer the wave pool, lazy river, water slides, or children’s play area.
#4: Enjoy A Safe Day at the Park with a Guest with Autism
Do you have a friend or family member who has Autism? Good news! LEGOLAND Florida has recently been officially designated as a certified autism center. Through a collaboration with the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), the resort has several amenities to better accommodate guests with Autism so they have a safe and fun day at the park. Sensory guides inform guests about how rides and attractions can affect the various senses, while low sensory areas allow guests to unwind in a safe environment away from the noise and bustle of the park. Plus, team members are well-trained to help assist guests with their needs.
#5: Visit the All-New Peppa Pig Theme Park
Enjoy five acres of the World’s First Peppa Pig Theme Park. Splash around at the Muddy Puddles Splash Pad. Take a ride back in time on the back of a dinosaur with Grampy Rabbit’s Dinosaur Adventure. And take a spin for a wild ride on Daddy Pig’s Roller Coaster. With six rides and six themed play areas, there’s something for little ones to do at this park made just for them. The new park is only a hop, skip, and jump away, and admission is available for most LEGOLAND Resort annual passes.
Other Things to Do Through the Year:• Brick or Treat: Come for the biggest Brick or Treat ever with plenty of opportunity for little ones to dress up in costume and collect tons of candy. Mingle with never-before-seen exclusive LEGO characters, and enjoy an all-new cinematic experience.• Holidays at LEGOLAND: It’s the most wonderful time of the year at the most LEGO-y place in the world. Celebrate the Christmas season with a giant LEGO tree, several holiday shows, and plenty of special treats and activities. And don’t forget to drop by on New Year’s Eve to watch the LEGO ball drop.• Pirate River Quest: The classic Cypress Gardens Boat Tour is back! Enjoy a Lego spin on a wonderful classic. Set sail through the canals of Lake Eloise in Cypress Gardens in search of pirate treasure. And be on the lookout for other fun and fanciful LEGO scenes.
How can you enjoy all of these activities through the summer and year? With an annual pass, of course! Save up to $299.99 when you buy three annual passes and get one free. Hurry! This online only offer is only available for a limited time.
