Okay I know what you guys are probably thinking…why is that cop wearing a firefighter hat?
Well, Fire Marshall Hunter Hart is certified in law enforcement and fire investigation! Hunter began his career with the Winter Haven Fire Department in 2012. While there, he became certified as a Firefighter/EMT and quickly earned the rank of Lieutenant. In 2020, Hunter decided that he wanted to further his career and become a fire investigator. In order to achieve this, he had to obtain his law enforcement standards. Hunter is now dual certified in fire and law enforcement and has even been through detective training. Hunter is also a new member of our Emergency Response Team!
As a public safety department, we love to see fire and police work together and Hunter exemplifies our goal to do just that.
