Winter Haven Water has been converting our billing systems over the last few weeks, and unfortunately we’ve experienced an issue that will delay the normal delivery of some customer’s water bills. Customers who would have normally received their electronic bill last Friday or their paper-based bill early this week (billing cycles 1 and 6 on the attached map), will see a 4-5 day delay. No late fees will be charged to those impacted to ensure our customers have the full 21 days to pay their bill despite any delay in receiving them. Thank you for your patience as we make every effort to ensure as smooth a transition as possible.
