Winter Haven Police Department
This is pretty bold.
In broad daylight on April 16, the unknown black male driving the white vehicle entered the property of the Dodge of Winter Haven (299 Cypress Gardens Blvd). He backed up next to a service bay that had no workers in the area and took 4 Yokohama tires valued at approximately $600. (The tire on top of the vehicle was on when he entered the property). He then left in an unknown direction.
