Polk County Public Schools:
Polk County families seeking required or optional vaccinations for their children can take advantage of free immunization events being held at local schools.
If you would like your child to receive immunization, please come to one of several clinics being held throughout Polk County. The complete schedule can be found below.
All vaccines are available, including the MMR vaccine, which protects against Measles, Mumps and Rubella.
Please note that proof of residency or Social Security numbers are NOT required.
These clinics are made possible by a partnership between Polk County Public Schools and the Florida Department of Health in Polk County.
