Winter Haven Police Trying To Catch Creeper Who Exposed Himself To A Child Walking Home From School

Winter Haven Police need help in identifying a subject who exposed himself to a child who was walking to school.


On Feb. 23, 2024 at approximately 7:45 a.m., a 12 year-old student was walking to school in the area of Ave. J SE and 4th St SE when the student encountered a silver SUV. The driver of the vehicle, a thin Indian male wearing only a black t-shirt, COVID mask and sunglasses, drove up next to the child, opened the door and exposed himself to the child. 


The vehicle appears to be a newer model SUV. 
The child reported that the vehicle didn’t have a tag. Afterwards, the suspect was seen in video stopped in the parking lot of Eye Specialists (407 Ave. K, SE) where the driver placed the tag back on the vehicle and left the area on Avenue K SE heading West bound.
