Winter Haven Police need help in identifying the couple seen in the video attempting to cash in stolen lottery tickets.
On April 20, 2023 at approximately 9:30 am, an unknown black male entered the Circle K convenience store (1000 1st St S) and crawled behind the counter taking a roll of lotto tickets. He runs out of the store and leaves in an unknown direction.
On April 21, the couple in the video attempt to cash in the stolen lotto tickets at Publix (884 Cypress Gardens Blvd) and also at Publix in Davenport. The tickets had not been activated, therefore they were not able to be cashed out.
