This guy had every opportunity to do the right thing, but he chose the opposite. Please help us identify him.
On April 21, 2023 around 1:40 p.m., our victim was in the drive thru at Mid-Florida Credit Union (2075 8th St NW) to withdraw some money. The victim inadvertently left the cash in the tube and drove off. The man in the photo was behind our victim. When he pulls up, he sees the tube, takes the money and drives off without conducting any transaction. It is believed he has an account with Mid-Florida because he selected some transaction slips before pulling to the position.
